The experience
behind the work.

I have built businesses, led their people, and been responsible for the result.

The work today

I direct the work at RE Luxe Leaders®. We help established agents, team leaders, and broker-owners resolve what is holding their business back.

A recruiting problem may begin with the economics. A leadership problem may begin with authority no one has been given. We look past the first explanation, establish what needs to change, and work with the people responsible for making it happen.

My role is to set the standard and direct the work. The firm carries the engagement, with a plan specific to the business and the people in it.

First Team Real Estate / Christie’s Great Estates

Responsibility
at scale.

As Senior Vice President of Sales, I held P&L responsibility across roughly 1,800 agents and $5.3 billion in sales volume. During that tenure, annual profit moved $24 million over baseline, and a luxury affiliation with Christie’s was established.

That meant responsibility for regional and branch leadership, and the training, recruiting, relocation, marketing, and other teams supporting 11,500 clients. We connected business planning to budgets, operating measures, and accountability. Agent productivity rose 28%, and the number of productive agents grew 65%.

Building, scaling, and advising

Different businesses. Real responsibility.

I built Ryen from start-up to five offices and first-year profitability. At RE/MAX, I developed systems across a 14-office organization. At Realty ONE Group, I rebuilt affiliate sales and service operations across more than 65 franchise offices. The consulting practice at Berman & Pollinger brought those experiences into other businesses; that work continues at RE Luxe Leaders®.

The full career record
Founder & Managing Partner

RE Luxe Leaders®

I founded the firm to bring specific, practical advice to established agents, team leaders, and broker-owners. I direct the strategy behind the work: positioning, organizational design, leadership, recruiting, profitability, and succession. The aim is a business with the people and structure to carry its next stage of growth.

Managing Partner

Berman & Pollinger

I advised luxury real estate networks, companies, brokerages, and teams, including contract and interim executive assignments. The work brought operating responsibility into the consulting practice, from leadership decisions to implementation inside the business.

Vice President / Sales & Service Operations

Realty ONE Group

I rebuilt the affiliate sales and service division and worked across a network of more than 65 franchise offices. The work connected franchise expansion with the systems needed to support it: onboarding, training, sales processes, and shared operating standards. Agent count grew 20% year over year; the network added an average of 3.3 franchises and one regional developer per month during my tenure.

President

Ryen Real Estate

I took an invite-only boutique from start-up to five offices across Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange, and Riverside counties. I owned the budgets, projections, P&L, and performance measures, while developing three regional vice presidents. The company reached profitability in its first year with a Private Client service model built around lasting relationships.

President / Two connected businesses

Real Estate Business Advisors & Professional Realty Council

I led operating strategy, coaching, training, and growth for brokers, teams, and agents. As an equity partner at Professional Realty Council, I helped expand the business from two states to more than 45 states and Canada, built a national online training platform, and increased member productivity by 32%. Professional Realty Council was sold to CSCA in 2010.

Regional Management / Coaching & Training

RE/MAX Real Estate Services

At a franchise with 14 offices, more than 450 agents, and over $4 billion in annual sales, I led the development of recruiting, retention, coaching, and training systems. The responsibility was to make improvement repeatable across offices, while giving managers and agents the support to put it into practice.

Office Leadership

Tarbell, Realtors

I opened a new office and took responsibility for recruiting, training, negotiations, marketing, and day-to-day management. In its first year, the office added a net 53 agents and reached profitability. It was an early education in building the team and the business at the same time.

Director of Development

CFAR

My experience also includes development leadership for an international nonprofit. I built donor relationships, fundraising plans, and the systems behind them—work that reinforced how much an organization depends on a clear purpose and the people willing to support it.

Bring the problem.

Start with what keeps returning to your desk, where the economics stop working, or what the business cannot yet do without you. An hour with the firm establishes whether there is a fit. If there is, a plan written for your business follows within the week.
